Vivi nova issue

I've had a Vivi Nova for about 6 months now and have it on the MVP2. I switched from BDC coils to BVC and it was working fine for the first couple coils, but now every single coil I put in tastes completely burnt. I've dropped the wattage as low as it goes to see if the mvp was burning them, but even that low they are tasting burnt. The coils are genuine, and everything is working fine with the vape itself. I'm using 18mg 50/50 juice and before that I was on 24mg and there was no burning. Is there something obvious I'm missing here? I'm lost.

I didnt realise people still used those! Most clearo users have switched to Aerotanks or Nautilusesesesesseesssesessess's. With the recent advancements in dual coil atty heads with improved juice flow, in atty's with adjustable air flow...the Vivi's are simple left WAY behind. As with anything that is mass produced...there are times that shit product winds up in the hands of consumers. Beyond that I'm not sure what to advise you on....18mg 50/50 would rip my face off...as it would most here.

Vivi Nova...try loosening the top cap 1/4 turn, if you really crank down on it hard it compresses the gaskets and chokes the flow of juice to the coils

Remember to flick a bit before you vape to ensure the wick soaks up enough juice

Once they taste burnt...try taking the coil and rinsing it out really well to see if that washes out some of the burnt flavor

Old school coils, easy to rebuild

Sounds like you may have gotten the wrong OHM coils when you got the new ones. Compare what OHM your old ones were to the new ones.
Also, if your juice is a "thicker" juice, this can cause burning. Thicker juices are slow to wick.

if you start to get a dry hit just take a couple of unpowered hard puffs, you will see the bubbles in the tank to let you know it is feeding juice
