VooPoo is bad business.... 80w Pulse B.S.

Normally, I don't post much or get involved in the politics of vaping, but hearing what happened to Tony B and Vandy Vape with the 80w Pulse BF mod, VooPoo should be ashamed of themselves.

For those people that don't know, VooPoo originally agreed to 40,000 Gene chips delivered, to go into the 80w Pulse BF mod. When the time came for them to ship the order they postponed a couple of times wanting a higher price. Eventually, the price got so steep there was no option but to cut ties.

Anyway, I posted the link to the video below, from Tony, if anyone wants to watch. As a member of the Vape community, I find this disgusting and bad business. I truly don't think VooPoo knows the extent of damage they have done to their business.

That's China for ya. I about jumped on the hype train got 2 RSQ's instead. Don't know how I feel about the VV chip. Pulse bf was a bust imo. Now they have a mod with no gene chip so let's through in a brand new VV designed chip so we don't lose all this money. Have to wait and see. But I know if I buy something I want it to work. Not buying cause it looks cool.

Just like the VooPoo Drag looks mighty similar to the Cartel Mod Revenant. Maybe this is what VooPoo does. Sees something that they think will sell and steal it for their own. Solid business plan! Lol... unreal

VandyVape claimed they were making a mod, they can't make it now, oh well. They are using a different chip, so what? Do we need all this drama?

WIth all the posts on social media bashing Voopoo I start to think there may be truth in Voopoo's statement. And TBH the first time I saw pics of the drag, I thought it was a Voopoo product because of the panels because they are the first brand I think of when it comes to that.

It doesn't matter buy the vandyvape, mod it to the gene chip if its that damn important to you.

I mean seriously if they has a SIGNED LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT then there should have been no issue.
If Voopoo had a way to legally break it, then that is their right and vandyvape's lack of business experience to stop it
And do not give me "its China/Taiwan for you" BS they have laws there too.
If Voopoo really did just illegally break a contract and vandyvape was not smart enough to include some legal ramifications in the contract if Voopoo did that, then once again lack of business experience.
I do not see the big deal. Vandyvape basically copied other atomizers to make themselves successful and now Tony B is accusing Voopoo of trying to the same thing with the pulse mod.


Oh and someone who knows Tony B could mention to him OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Him using that term incorrectly when saying he doesn't know what it means degrades his credibility

What strikes me is tony b is no dummy. He is a knows his shit when it comes to marketing, PR's and promotions; outside the vape stuff he runs his own production company. He's playing up this whole "I'm new to this so how was I to know" innocent angle and it doesn't add up.

Regardless, its working. Dummy's are eating it up all over the internet and trolling the dog shit out of voopoo. It will all blow over. Remember when Sigelei was mean to that obnoxious douche, djlsb? He got his feelings hurt and the internet went into mob mode and demanded blood. Reviewers implored their viewers not to buy Sigelei and swore to never review them again. That lasted all of a month and the same will happen here.

i'm just ind of over the chinese bashing that is done on this forum and other places.. I mean to crack a joke once in a while is one thing. But China is not some 4th word piece of shit country full of unscrupulous evil people. It is a beautiful country full of wonderful people and I see nothing about China or the fact the company involved is in China having anything to do with this situation. This same thing could have happened in any country including the USA. I feel we too quickly blame it on the fact it is a Chinese company as the reasoning for everything. The Chinese have laws and values and so forth like any other place in the world. Just because we do not understand it or because it is different from what we are used to does not make it right to blame an entire country. Even if Voopoo is being unscrupulous as Tony B claims, thats on Voopoo Not CHINA or its people or its other businesses

Well most of US an such reviewers do now there all on VV pay roll , with part colabs , and revenue from products , so anything VV puts out they all will promote
to keep there revenue coming in
An kick backs from sales,
As well as advertising there own Juice brands , the Reviewers now are just sales men. Raking in the money

Yep they want to take all the buissness away from every other country .
Even if you did deal with them for a custom made product they then under cut you an your buissness use your design for mass production without your cut.
and make them cheaper out the back door.
There cheap at the moment for goods but once they have the monopoly they can jack up prices since others will go out of buissness by them undercutting you for years previously,

Its dangerous letting china make everything for us local factories and manufacturing are all going under due to china not good.

which is sad yes there cheaper but knock on effect
is its our jobs for us and our children.
So our future looks bleak in the West ,
Where there's is fastly growing ours is shrinking.

If we have not got jobs its dont matter how cheap goods are you have not got income to pay for them cheap goods,

The rich profit off cheap labour ,
And move over seas taking our jobs with them.
but the working classes will suffer in the long run
No buissness/ No Manufacturing No factories/ = No skills no training -= No income so cheap goods will be of no benefit to us in the long run ,
We need to keep local manufacturing, Yes it is more expensive.
but money is spent within country locally an keeps trickling down to keep every one in a job.

Which keeps the future alive.
Where as it is now money earned is going over seas for cheap goods, So its no longer trickling down through local economy = BAd news an no Future for us.

Which is what western politicians are now realising abiet a little to late
