Black Friday is officially on the horizon, and Walmart is already getting the word out about its upcoming deals. This year, Walmart's Black Friday 2021 sale officially kicks off with early deals starting November 3. From then on, you'll likely be able to find the lowest prices of the year on a selection of TVs, video games, 4K UHD Blu-rays, and lots more items. It'll all come to a head on Black Friday, which takes place November 26, 2021, before shifting into Cyber Monday week.

If that sounds like a whole lot of time spent on a sale that at one point lasted only a single day, you're not wrong. Black Friday has been stretching out to the whole week of Thanksgiving and running through the week of Cyber Monday. This year's deals start even earlier (see below to learn why).

Walmart has already released its ad for early Black Friday deals, a promotion it's calling "Deals for Days" (see it here). It's divided into two parts. The first sale will be live November 3 - 7. Then there's a brief break, before the second part of the early Black Friday sale begins on November 10 and runs through November 14.

Walmart Early Black Friday Deals Nov 3 - 7

Walmart is splitting this event into two. These deals go live online on November 3 at 7pm Eastern. If you're more of an in-person shopper, you can find the deals live in the store starting November 5 at 5am local time.

The headlining deals for this round include a 55" TCL 4K smart TV for $228 and a Samsung Chromebook 4 for $87. Other items, like toys, kitchenware, and car tires, will also be on sale.

Walmart Early Black Friday Deals Nov 10 - 14

For this round of the sale, the online deals go into effect at 7pm Eastern on November 10, with in-store sale prices going live at 5am local time on November 12. The headliners for this day include the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 seen above for $139 and an HP Intel Core i3 laptop for $279. Additional discounts include AirPods with charging case for $89, plus deals on housewares, vinyl records, and entertainment items like TVs, projectors, and 4K Blu-ray movies.

Walmart Plus Benefits

Walmart+ members will be able to get these deal prices online four hours early. If you're interested, you can sign up here for a 15-day free trial.

Walmart+ is a paid membership program that gets you several bonuses in addition to early Black Friday deals. It gets you free shipping on all items, with no minimum purchase. You also get free delivery from your local store (this one has a $35 minimum purchase). You can also save money on prescriptions and gas. You can learn more about the Walmart+ program and sign up here.

Supply Chain Problems

The reason Black Friday is even more stretched out this year is because of the supply chain disruptions we've all been hearing a lot about lately. All retailers are worried about having items in stock for holiday shoppers to buy, thanks to a variety of issues mostly related to the pandemic. To keep the items from selling out immediately during the holiday shopping rush, retailers like Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, and more are offering Black Friday-level discounts early, in hopes that customers will do their shopping throughout October and November.

So if you want to do your part to ease the pressure on the global supply chain, start your shopping early.
