Truth in Advertising, a non-profit consumer watchdog group, filed a complaint with the state after being contacted by consumers about a new Utah company known as O2PUR.

Consumers complained of deceptive advertising offering a "free" starter kit even though it requires a $14.95 purchase, and alleged that O2PUR made monthly $69.95 charges on their credit cards without their consent.

This scam has been going around since I started vaping in 2012.
I don't get these assholes, they are allowed to charge $50 for a $4 china cigilike kit
That is not enough of a profit margin for them?
They have to hit you with fraudulent credit card charges too?
In a business like vaping where the profit margin can be higher than selling illegal drugs it blows my mind that these 2 douchebags can't seem to just be happy with the 700% markup on burner starter kits - 5150
