Wattage and temp mode?

I have starting playing around with building low ohm coils 0.1ohms, when I pop it on my sigelei t150 and stick it on wattage mode my screen comes up with 'CHECK ATOMISER' the only way I can get it to work is if I change to temp mode and Vape at 600f but it's just not the same why is this and will I ever be able to Vape low ohms coils on my mod with out being in temp mode????

What metal is said coil? The T150 only does TC in NI200 nickel coils... so wattage use wouldn't work in that.

Thanks for getting back to me, I'm using a zipper Coil which is a mix of Ni80 and SS316L

Just checked my manual for the sigelei and it's states lowest ohm should be 0.2ohm am I safe using a 0.1ohm build on it?

From the the specs:

• Temperature Control Ni200 (Nickel) and Wattage Mode
• 510 threaded
• Atomizer Resistance Range: 0.2 ohm - 3.0 ohm (Wattage)
• Atomizer Resistance Range: 0.1 ohm - 0.5 ohm (Nickel Temperature Control)

NI200 doesn't work for wattage use, it's a TC only metal. Your zipper coil can only be used in wattage mode, because the metal is not readable for TC on your mod, and you will get a message below .2 ohm. SS316 is the only metal that works in wattage or TC modes. You need a more featured mod to handle your desires.
