So I was using my cuboid this morning, at about 130 watts, then it fired harder than what I set it to and I got a really bad burnt hit. I checked my cotton and it was soaked. I'm on the newest firmware. Any help? This happened twice.

Maybe your coil or atty are not connected tightly so you have jumping resistance which leads to jumping wattage.

Everything seems tight. I'll try the screw on the bottom

Sounds like a hot leg. Leg heats up and burns the cotton faster than the juice can wet it. Check coil alignment and that the legs are all seated and tightened properly into place. You notice any darker spots on your wick?
