Would that give a similar vaping experience to a Russian 91%? I'm looking for something to give to someone who had a Russian 91%, but it broke. When he had that it was the only time he could stay off analogs. So, I want something as similar as possible for 50 bucks or less to help him stop smoking again. Thanks everyone for the help! :)

I believe the KF from EHPRO has the adjustable airflow where the R91 doesn't? I could be wrong though so someone feel free to correct me

Tobeco Russian 91% clone here.... ( Well several actually!)

Has adjustable air-flow.
Have bought tank parts for kayfun that work fine on the Russian clone.
And it was $20.00 USD.

Got nothing but praise for what I got !

Anyways................

I tried the Tobeco, EHPro V1 and EHPro V2. I still use the EHPro V1 & V2, but threw away the Tobeco version long time ago, was very janky clone IMHO.

Infinite makes a V2 version which appears to be very well made too.

I have both the EHPro V2 and the Infinite V2. Both are well machined. The EHPro has by far more airflow when set for max airflow.

I'm intrigued by the HCigar HC, especially considering that it already comes with a pyrex tube:

I have one. It's nice but you do have to be very careful with the pyrex. It uses o-rings that seal on the inside of the tube. Second or third build it cracked just sliding the top cap in place. The only place carrying a replacement wanted $9.99 plus shipping. I cut one from a 20mm test tube but it's slightly thinner glass. Have to find some slightly thicker o-rings. For now it's a couple of wraps of teflon tape under the rings and trim the excess with an exacto.
The dual air flow is an improvement but not dramatically so. They both feed to the center tube and it's no bigger than standard bore. Has good taste though.

Regarding airflow on the Ehpro V1 and V2, you can see the difference here:
11c9ylh.jpg

The V2 is on the left side. I cant say I like one more than the other because the different airflow resistance also gives me a slightly different flavor profile.

However, both of my Kayfuns has the airflow adjustment screw taken out, but If I left the adjustment screw in the V2, I could easily mimic the same flavor I get from the V1.

That being said, @VapeOn86 you'll be happy with your purchase. However, keep in mind the V2 is not compatible with some nano tank kits unless you modify the chimney a little bit.

Infinite hands down. I have 3 of them
I have to wonder if the Focal Infinite clone is actually an Infinite. The airflow on that was no better than a lite (same size). Nice machining but the airflow sucked. Literally. Once I drilled it to 5/64" (just barely room to do so) it was much better though not up to my Ehpro stock. Even the air control screw and drip tip bore diameters were larger on the Ehpro.

EHPro for build quality and air flow. The only issue I have had is the AFC screws on the bottom have a habit of falling out and disappearing forever.

Infinite is very nice too. Good build quality and comes with a nano kit. Only issue I have is it doesn't hit the 510 pin on my Provari with the Provari ring. I can only use it without the ring or on my Vaporshark.

Awesome'

I have a KFL+ (both v1) from both EHPro and Tobeco. The EHPro is superior in materials and machining. I still like the Tobeco fine, but you have to be careful reassembling it, as the threads will cross-thread easily. Never had any issues with the EHPro.

I know you're asking about the lite, but my ehpro 3.1 is made very well. Two coil mounting options, two filling options (not talking top fill), adjustable air flow, positive pin and air tube/pos block bolt are seperate parts, bottom cap collects leaks (only leaks if you do something wrong or top fill), and can use nano kit if you want to shorten it. Mine is made so well I wouldn't consider another manufacturer unless it was authentic.

what are the two filling techniques? my fill port doesn't work and i top fill (with no leaks) what is the other one?

regarding the OPs question, I have a kayfun lite from fasttech. it is a nice piece. I have a problem with the coil mounting screws but I fit twisted 26g wire and it can be a bit of a pain to do, but since he had a russian then he should be used to the build deck. I say order from fasttch, it's like 15 bucks and upgrade the shipping to USPS first class.

yesterday angelcigs had kayfun for 10 bucks plus 4 shipping.

Fatdaddyvapes has knurled thumb screws and ss washers for the kayfun. Allows for mounting stuff easier.

i was thinking about buying some but didn't know if the head was big enough. I might buy some in the future anyway. but as for now, the coil in my KFL will stay there until it breaks and being twisted 26g wire that won't be for a long time.

just looked it up, the ehpro comes with a bottom fill hole. lucky. I guess I just wicked well, because I don't get any leaks top filling.

Came that way. Also has side holes for mounting coils. With the quality of the machining and the combination of features, my ehpro kayfun 3.1 is a keeper. Never seen one I like better. The availability of quality accessories just makes it even better.

just curious, where did you buy it from? I found one at madvapes but $50 just to get a bottom fill hole is a bit steep.

$45 at local shop.
The bottom fill hole is under the bottom cap. The nice thing about it is it's a straight shot through the base. The needle on a needle tip bottle can be used as a fill gauge. When inserted to the base of the needle, the tip of the needle extends past the hole. When you quit squeezing the bottle it pulls air back into the bottle. When it fills up past the end of the needle and you quit squeezing, it pulls liquid back into the bottle. You then suck juice out until it only pulls air again. This sets the juice level to the same place every time. Right at the end of the needle. It's pretty full, but leaves just enough space so it wicks properly. As you probably know, overfilling a kayfun somehow locks it up and it won't wick. I run mine in all ss mode so I can't see the fluid level. Using the bottom fill hole as described lets me do a proper and consistent refill.

nice, maybe I can find just an EHpro base somewhere. but then again even with my hybrid connector it is a lot of steps to fill. I have a top fill cap on order for it but might not use it. I'm having good luck top filling without any leaks.
