What is vaping?​

Vaping is the act of inhaling smoke-looking vapor from an electronic cigarette or vape device. Vaping simulates smoking but in a less harmful manner.

A flavored nicotine liquid called vape juice (e-juice) is what’s in a vape, but not all vapes contain nicotine. The user decides the flavor and amount of nicotine they wish to use, if any at all.

Assuming you truly are 21, do you currently smoke tobacco? Cigarettes, pipe, or cigars.
If you don't please do not start vaping. There are better things you can do with your young lungs.

Second thing is we do NOT smoke, we vape. There is no combustion producing smoke. E-cigs produce vapor not smoke.

The deaths you may have heard about were caused by counterfeit JUUL pods allegedly loaded with THC and other substances that caused the deaths. Nicotine e-cigs have not caused deaths and may have saved many lives by getting us off our combustible tobacco habits.

Quit using "pen" style vaporizers four to five years ago, if not longer. This was also the time I quit using RTAs. Now, I vape using a mechanical mod, one that is a squonker. IMHO, real vapers use mods not "pens".

If so, you may struggle with some mild nicotine withdraw. If not, then you will likely as you say have no difficulty.

Nicotine pays taxes for me. In other words, I am dependent on nicotine physiologically & psychologically.

Yes, intellectually I know that I do not need nicotine. Intellectually and instinctively now, after many years of its use, I feel a need for nicotine. Dependence does that to a person.

As my buddy @SteveS45 says, smoking vapes is not a good way or right way to do it. Sure, we know what you mean. There is still a stigma to calling vaping smoking. Conflating the two is akin to putting oil and water together.

I have to catch myself at times as well. People still ignorantly ask what I'm smoking in a mod. I let it go and tell them I'm smoking h--e---r--@--!--n. That usually shuts up conversation. Of course, nobody cares I keep passing drug screenings and background checks either. Go figure.
