I shouldnt ask this because a recipe is a recipe, but how needed is the Meringue ? Any substitute suggestions ? I just really cant stand meringue.

It won't hurt to leave out. The meringue, cream fresh, and Vienna cream are just the cream base I use in other juices that have worked for me. You could try bumping up the Vienna by .5% or sub the Meringue out for 1% TFA Vanilla Swirl. It's not super similar, but both variations do well in this recipe.
