I would actually go further, and say only actual vape shops are allowed to sell vape products, they will be more careful who they are selling too, but unfortunately they don't want 'us' vaping, they are losing too much from BT, they want us smoking, and that is the truth, not the illness that already been said is from thc black market carts, and youth vaping, it's about money.
