They really like vaping there...after all these were the guys who invented cloud chasing....and then I think part of it is the market....you have a choice you can go cheap or you can go high end....you can't go cheap because the Chinese will always undercut you so if you want to be a modder you have to go high end..there is also a big American-Philipino community on the west coast,of the US, and alot of Philipinos travel aback and forth from the US to the philipines quite often, and this community has the money to drop on high end gear....alot of countries have high end modder.for instnace Greece produced some of the best gear in vaping, and has alot of high end modders like atmomixani,GG.Paps,and yet neither the philipines or, Greece have the reputation for high quality machining of say Germany or Switzwrland or the US... ...I think it had alot to do with the greeks taking a really liking to vaping..Italy has produced alot of great gear...the UK, Poland,Germany,Russia......
Then it also has to do with the style of vaping. you are interested in...the Pinoy vapers have always been cloud chasers,and the gear they produce reflects that... but with the exception of the Pulse G, they haven't made a genny worth a shit, no serious genhead looks to the Philipines when looking for a genny...The europeans on the other hand have produced a boatload of great gennys...if you are not a genhead the odds are you have no clue as to where the best gennys are being made.and would assume nothing much is happening in Europe.When in fact the best quality gennys and most highend RTAs are being produced in europe...Then I also think the goverments of the West have made it very difficult for entrepinuers to make it..with their obsession with regulating every aspect of the economy.
