When will there simply be an RDA inside of a tank?

Just put the damn RDA inside the tank.

1) 18mm RDA velocity style deck with a full straight chimney--18mm ss ALL THE WAY up to the chuff--do not narrow the chimney at all

2) Mage, Moonshot, Tornado nano etc etc etc these just have an expanded Kangertech Subtank Mini style base on them--this WAS a breakthrough, yeah, like 18 months ago! Create 24mm base.

3) The glass is not rocket science or even high tech, so it's nothing--place 24mm glass around the RDA.

4) Top fill--this is the current innovation, and is significant. Screw on the top. So damn what.

5) Big ass holes in the ss chimney for the wicking like is so in fashion these days anyway; big deal.

Build however, drip right down into it, match to the needs of the mod, and vape damn away. Fools ain't gonna make the Aug 8th deadline . . . current tank offerings are dogshit because of the narrow chimneys . . . this has ALWAYS been the issue, and has still not been solved.

Just put the RDA in the tank. Jaybo my ass. Fuck.

the vcst is trying to be what i'm getting at yes but is that it after 8-8? pretty thin market compared to all 7 million skinny chimney tanks. supposedly it's not very vape friendly over 70 watts and it only holds 2 ml; but yeah the vcst is definitely on the right track

i'm thinking more like vcst marries mage with a true top fill and 5ml capacity and vapable to 120 watts so we can blast it out on the cricket

Thank you for bringing it up. I like Moonshot but I agree with you, it doesn't have enough air. Not even close. You are correct,..they are all going to strip eventually, or warp, get bent. Everything that I have see in $30-$40 range is consumable. We live in a world were majority doesn't wanna spend 130 box on atty. that will last. They will rather have every new $30 atty that hits the market twice a month. U.S. Is consumers market and China is feeding it. They are not going to skip certain stages of development of RTAs/RDAs/ RDTAs because for every stage of development they can pump out several hundreds of variations of same shit and make shitload of money. Kinda fucked up because final product is obvious,... RDA inside the glass tank. Although I will hope that once it's here I'll be able to light that bitch up with 150-180W without melting her underwear.
Maybe Steve the machinist will see this, then we may have a chance to see Kennedy "no bullshit" RDTA, and series mod. I love my Crickets, don't have any problems with original switch but I am positive they will break one day just as much as I know that Roundhouse will not.
There in no solution for this, fuckheads in fda with help of our shit government will make us criminals once again so I gave up on hopes that some dude in China will make something that will solve all the problems and last at the same time. Instead I have been looking into purchasing basic metal working equipment ( lathe, mill, drill press) and making by myself what I already have on those fucking papers. It is very much just a two post RDA inside the fuckin glass tank on the end.
Building ARs, AKa, and FN FALs is my hobby so is am positive that I can figure out how to turn an atty out of the SS and glass.

Don't know what you expect but side air flow and then others with bottom air flow like the Griffin fits the bill also.

If you want a huge chimney get the VCMT, the build deck is also larger than the Velocity rda. The Tank's I listed pretty much are an RDA with a tank above it.

I think what the bitch is is that tanks are not machined for a lifetime of service and that post ban (i.e. like in a year) the 'tank' will not exist at all. Anything with pre-mades *poof* gone. A 'tank' needs to be as robust and sound as an rda because the FDA is going to bury everything tank.

My whine is just drop the thing in a glass tube with a subtank mini deck and screw on a topfill and machine for a lifetime of service. Any tank currently offered that can't serve a lifetime or 'breathe' 120+ watts is worthless.

Same with the cricket. It doesn't even need a body (which is what jaybo is marketing). If the top of the cricket was all machined out in ss and so was just the bottom of it, you could use a little piece of plastic to hold it together. Yet Jaybo dumps a trash consumable on the market and I'm tryin' to scoop 'em up by the dozens. (I'm gonna end up with 50 bodies and not a button that works lol). A person only needs one well made cricket for a lifetime.

I'm ordering the roundhouse in an hour if it doesn't sell out.

Get a couple of well made Tanks. My favorites are the Boreas and the Modfather, both very well made and I have a couple of backups of each. Don't foresee problems with them anywhere in the near future.

As for the Cricket, yep it's a throw away, but Jaybo designed it that way (that's why it's so cheap). For a series Mod the VCP is built like a tank and well priced at just under $100. I actually planning on picking up another 18650 one and if I can squeeze it another 26650 one for my Vape Apocalypse stash.

Try to imagine something with unrestricted air like Limitless or even more, but with bottom deck.

Kennedy all the way. Never had to change or replace anything not even an O- ring.
Only things that I know will last me a lifetime are Roundhouse / Kennedy 24 and MCM Underground/Kennedy 24. Everything else is high maintenance garbage more or less,

Scottua has great product that is NOT readily available. Wider chimney and removing the 510 drip tip bulshit would make The Tank perfect in my mind. Whole thing about "put yourself on a list , and we will notify you when available..." Doesn't work for me. Fuel v2 is great rda. I have one in brass. It is harsh on O-rings, that's only bad thing about it. I drip into the drip tip on all my RDAs, so it doesn't bother me.

Well if you're going for massive air flow, but like many RDA'S air flow varies widely in Tanks. Boreas is very airy BTW, can't speak for the Moonshot, tank never appealed to me and don't have it

Check out the Gragas by Oumier, it's a tank on top of rda. You can even remove the tank and turn the rdta into an rda. It's so great I have both the ss and black version.
