where can I buy a chip for diy build

hello all, its been a while since I have been on here. I am back at it again trying to find all the stuff I need to build my own box. the problem is that I cannot find a place to purchase a chip, the dna chips seem readily available but I want a chip that can do at least 100 watts. those "sx" chips seem good but there seems to be no vendor for them. any help will be greatly appreciated!
