Labeling Where Monsters Dwell a Secret Wars tie-in at all is almost misleading. The script in this first issue never references the Battleworld status quo. The book could just as easily have been conceived independently and retroactively been brought under the Secret Wars banner. That's a good thing. It leaves writer Garth Ennis room to tell his story while hopefully drawing more eyes to the book. And this is definitely a comic that deserves eyeballs.Continue reading…
