simple really they are most likely making there own salt nic vs ordering a separate nic product.
Juice makers are known to split the profit between nic levels in the case of salt nic it is even easier. since most is 50 and under vs freebase at levels such as 3,6,9,12,18,24,32 MG it is easier to price equally and still make a profit.
mixes freebase nicotine with an acid, setting off a chemical reaction that produces the nic salts done correctly and safely and cleanly anyone can make it i just perfer to buy mine while i can.
