Ok, just completely ignore the fact that they have double the voltage output. People only buy them for looks. Just like people only buy dual battery boxes because they like the looks of bigger boxes. Are you high? You’re thinking form, but completely forgot function? Must be high. What's the appeal? Sure some look cool but they also seem unwieldy.

Can you elaborate? Maybe I "need" one after all.I also have a series box, which also hits like a train and which I love. It's not the same as a stacked tube though. (I have three) Not better or worse, but just not the same.

How do you explain the difference to somebody between a mech and a reg both setup to run at a similar wattage? It's tough to put into words, but there IS one. Same thing here. In the totally objective realm though, a good tube will generally have less voltage drop than a good box and so will hit harder. Can you elaborate? Maybe I "need" one after all.
Funny you should use that analogy. I was just thinking about that today and wasn't sure how to verbalize it either. Fair enough. Guess I'll have to try it for myself. Just can't get over the "phallacy" of it, if you get my drift. How do you explain the difference to somebody between a mech and and reg both setup to run at a similar wattage? With the same build?I agree, my Noisy Cricket was a different vape from my stacked Bonza. Seemed the NC fired up at max intensity while the Bonza takes a sec.
Yep.With the same build?
That doesn't make any senseYep.
I’m surprised as well but the NC hisses and crackles start to finish while the Bonza runs like a carb engine. That doesn't make any sense
The NC is known to be in the higher end of vd for a box. The Bonza is not the very hardest hitting tube ever (but pretty good), but has to hit harder than a NC.
I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I'm just trying to understand.
Maybe the NC has been cleaner when you noticed this? The threads and contacts in a tube have to be squeaky clean to get the best out of them. Even my authentic Vindicator and XXX show a distinct difference after cleaning.I’m surprised as well but the NC hisses and crackles start to finish while the Bonza runs like a carb engine.
I’ll add I’m referring to the original NC not the 2.
I keep my gear in good shapes...tubes included. Let’s face the Bonza hits like a toddler regardless of the setup lol. Isn't that a 20650 setup though?So...if I was to get a stack....any opinions on the Deathwish Modz Baphomet? Theres one local that's tempting. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on it.
Yes it is. I don't have any married 21700s so I'd want new batteries anyway. *Edit*: Mooch seemed to like the LG HG6 and Sanyo.Isn't that a 20650 setup though?
I have both the Baphomet brass and the Evil Twin brass. I love these mechs, and also the Unholy V2 that comes included with them, which is a 26mm, is very high on my list of top performing flavor chasing RDAs... I use 29g Ni80 aliens in it at 0.28 ohms with a pair of Samsung 20S batteries and that really brings out the flavor depth when using heavy custard style juices or some cream-based fruity ones like Crimson by Illusions, for example. Granted, there is no single coil option with this RDA, but I don't consider that a con because I also own three Deathwish Modz 26mm Deathtrap V2 RDAs, they sit flush on these mods, they look badass on them. In fact all my single coil atomizers (I own 10 of 'em in total) are RDAs by Deathwish Modz... 3× 30mm Deathtrap, 3× 24mm Deathtrap, 3× 26mm Deathtrap V2, 1× 30mm Deathtrap V2. Throw a serious big tasty coil in any one of these ones and they won't let you down on flavor performance. Ever.So...if I was to get a stack....any opinions on the Deathwish Modz Baphomet? Thanks for the info. Good to hear the 20s's work that well. Makes it even more attractive.I have both the Baphomet brass and the Evil Twin brass. The LG HG6 (20650) batteries aren't really necessary, at least IMO they are just a side option so I have decided simply to skip them, as they don't hit nearly as hard as the Samsung 20S. That plus the fact the Samsung 20S in a series setup lasts a fairly long time TBH, albeit not as long as some other setups of course... a whole lot longer than a 0.08 ohms build on a single Samsung 30T nonetheless.

That's right, also the engraving on the RDA also is different with each one of these mods. Same as with all the different variations of the Barebones Kit (Ghost Ship, Big Slug, Plague Doctor, Wicked Witch). Thanks for the info. Good to hear the 20s's work that well. Makes it even more attractive.
As far as I can tell the only difference between the Baphomet, Evil Twin and the Ripper is the engraving, right?
I didn't realize it could take 18650s. Yes, a pair of 20S in series will not be deficient.I have decided simply to skip them, as they don't hit nearly as hard as the Samsung 20S.
It comes with a white plastic adapter piece that has a stainless steel contact in the middle, and that goes between the two 18650s. The small height difference resulting from this contact is compensated by using the special key to adjust the constant contact part of the firing switch, and, the RDA is recessed about 1mm or so into the tube after correctly adjusting the hybrid disc. This however doesn't cause any scratch marks on the barrel of the RDA. The quality of the machining, the tolerances, the feel and the fairly short length of the button throw, all are totally sweet. No misfires and no partial misfires of any kind. And no crunchy button. Very very hard hitting mech. Severely underrated by many IMO. Also, these people fully understand my philosophy when it comes to the logical relationship between hot vapes and designing suitable, functional, drip tips.I didn't realize it could take 18650s. Damn dude those are beautiful
