They are simply giving the entire market to Big Tobacco and thereby completely decimating the vaping industry in the USA. The ramifications are pretty damn grim for smaller vape gear manufacturers and sellers, not to mention us vapers and current smokers who could benefit from switching to vaping. The government and FDA don't care, they are in it for the power and money. Big Tobacco will reward those who made it possible for them to form a cartel in the e-cig market. Costs will skyrocket for sub-par vaping choices. I tried one of the Blu cigalikes. Smokers will keep on smoking rather than use that crappy tech, which is what Big Tobacco, the government, and states want. The states need to pay the tobacco bonds they sold so they could oink out on the cash from the lawsuit. Social Security is going to be bankrupt in 2033. The government wants to reduce the amount of people retiring and taking full benefits from it, the earlier you die, the better off Social Security is and Big Tobacco is helping along with Big Pharma.
