News of the delay comes from WinBeta, who also reports that the actual codename for the update, Threshold 2, may have been dropped in favor of the more straightforward "Windows 10 November Update," but specific branding information hasn't been confirmed.
Whatever its name, the upcoming November update for Windows 10 should include a desktop Messaging app, Edge extensions, and some performance fixes.
