Does anyone have any experience with the Atty3? I'm looking for a new RDA to add to my collection and replace my Mutation X V4. Don't get me wrong I really like the Mutation, except for 1 thing.... the post screws cut my wires. It wasn't irritating at first but man its starting to get to me now lol.

So went to a vape shop locally and they had the Atty3. I'm going to look around tomorrow evening at some other shops but just curious if anyone has experience with it. I liked what I saw, and especially like the deep juice wells and the unique design.

Get it man. Have had mine about two months. Use it daily as my go to rda. Plent of space to build on and huge post holes for those crazy builds.
For the mutation take a nail file and rub the bottom of the screws against it lightly. Should help keep it from cutting wires.

Yeah it had quite a roomy build deck. I was going to buy it today lol, but I'm starting to check around here first before I drop cash on something. I did have my heart set on something from CompVape, but I need a lil retail therapy so gonna shop locally lol. But glad to hear you love it and its your daily driver.

I'm assuming the screws don't cut your wires? (typically use 26 guage)

When i get new attys i always take the screws out and smooth the bases of them off so i dont have to worry about cut wires. Learned that one when i bought my quasar clone and kept cutting 28 ga on it.

I've had mine for a month or two. The airflow is huge. The flavor is good. The building space is pretty big. It comes with a chuff and a 510 adapter along with a 510 drip tip. The 2 hole center post with The square center post INSIDE of a square hole is super winning. It's pretty much a great atty for whatever you wish to throw at it because of the peek insulator and the adjustability of it. And the price...it's amazingly affordable for the authentic. I give it a 9 out of 10. A 9 because i feel it lacks a very, very, tiny bit in the flavor department. I'm sure you could get more flavor if you play witht the airflow. Also, it obviously is at home on a box usually, with the exception of a square tube mod. Since it's square, it doesn't line up straight in line with the box or perpendicular when screwed all the way down. This can be solved with a small oring in the 510.

What do you use to smooth the bases of the screws? I'm assuming some type of sand paper? Unless theres something better to use?

Thanks for all the replies guys, and I'm leaning towards buying one of these depending on what I find on my adventures this evening after work.

Also, I've heard with the Atty3 you its best to stay at .4 ohm and below when it comes to the coils. Could you guys give me an example of a build you do? I typically use 26 gauge wire, but I build between .3 and .4 ohm anyway.

I use one of my exs emery boards. I told her its for science when we was together. As far as builds go just do what works best for you

Nice lmao. Thats a good idea tho for those things. Went to another vape shop today and they had the Atty3 as well. I think I'm leaning that way more. I'm going to check into a couple of other shops this evening and ultimately buy it tomorrow if I don't find anything else. Thanks again for the advice on your experience with it! Sure is a nice looking RDA.

Just threw 24 ga duals at .32 in the atty3 and its producing good vapor and density at 70 watts but its a cool vape. If i close the air down it gets even denser but the heat still dont come threw for me.
Disclaimer. I like a really warm vape

I didn't realize I liked warm vapor until I switched to an RDA and found it quite nice. I think I'll give 24 gauge another shot tomorrow after I grab the Atty3 (given I don't find anything else I like out there). Again, I had my heart set on a CompVape 13 heavens 9 hells, but I can't find anyone around here that carries that RDA (and I'm impatient lol, don't feel like waiting for an internet order to ship out).

Ok, so definitely buying an Atty3 from a local shop today. Thanks to both of you for helping me out and your thoughts on the Atty3. That being said, I did go to a vape shop last night and found a 13 Heavens 9 Hells RDA. That as about to put a shank in my purchase of the Atty3. However, the shop I went to (it was my first time there) treated me like complete shit. So going to the shop that treated me well to buy the Atty3; plus the Atty3 is newer than the CompVape.

Anyway, thanks again guys! I'll post a pic of my build after I buy it today.

I thought i was the only one who left dumbass' shops.

Had a guy tell me that my .55 ohm build on a mech using vtc4s was "unsafe and your going to hurt yourself" i left his shop laughing.

Ok I bought it! And right now waiting for it to dry off after its initial bath. The more I look at it, the more I like it so its definitely growing on me. It feels so much more heavy duty compared to my Mutation, but thats probably because of the square barrel; which I absolutely love lol. I'll do my build shortly. Also I got it in Stainless Steel... But that black one is awesome looking too.

As far as dumb ass shops go, nah lol I leave them all the time. I think working as an IT guy for the last 10 years makes me really demand customer service from people since its demanded from me every day. Pisses me off when people treat you like crap for no reason. That being said, I emailed the shop through their "contact us" form on the page and shared my experience. Shortly after, the owner emailed me back (he obviously wasn't there last night). He was really upset with what I told him and said he would address it. He also wanted me to come back and shop there and offered me 25% off my entire purchase.

I really don't care about the discount even though its a nice chunk. But it irritates me that they're the only place in town that carries the IPV 4s and Sigeli 150. I really want that Sigeli 150 (currently using an xpro m80 plus). I could wait for one of the other shops to get it, but he's got it now lol... I might take him up on his offer, but he really wants me to give his shop a chance. What I witnessed last night was not the norm for his shop according to him.

I told him it was like I walked into a vape bar and I wasn't a regular. Kid behind the counter who barely looks 18 who knows nothing about the products nor how to give customer service (or he didn't feel like helping me and just wanted to run me off), and a bunch of people in there vaping who obviously go in there to hang out and not spend money.

Either way it'll probably be addressed... maybe not, but we'll see..

I'll probably pick up the black one too after a while. So far, just looking it over I love it lol. Especially the chuff cap! I love how it screws on and doesn't pop out easily like the mutation.

Ok! Just got my first build done on it. I did a .33 ohm dual coil with 26g kanthal. (I'll post a pic up later) HOLY SHIT! This thing hits really nicely. I was concerned about the airflow but with both sides wide open its perfect for me, but I'll experiment more later.

And........ No snipped wires when I torqued down the screws! Thats exactly what I wanted, so everything else is just a bonus now; but I think it hits better and tastes better than my Mutation but then again I have to let the "New RDA buzz" wear off and see what I think in a week. No doubt I'll keep on with it.
