Wotofo Sapor RDA center post spinning

I've gone through two of these freaking things in a little over a month, and both of them had center posts that spun like crazy. The peek insulator in the center failed and developed a crack on both of them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a good 4-post RDA ($30 or less) that won't do this?

I've owned two mutation x's (v2&v3) and neither of them ever developed that problem. They're pretty affordable if you're just looking for a functional, all-round rda

I didn't hate the Mutation, I'm just not a fan of the bottom airflow. The juice well is smaller as a result and you have to drip it more often. That's what I liked about the Sapor; I didn't have to drip nearly as often and it never leaked on me.

Does it spin too when you try to torque those screws down?

No spinning. It just leaks after setting for a little while. Other than that it has been a good RDA.

I didn't hate the Mutation, I'm just not a fan of the bottom airflow. The juice well is smaller as a result and you have to drip it more often. That's what I liked about the Sapor; I didn't have to drip nearly as often and it never leaked on me.

Get the Mutation X V3 instead, it only has the side airflow holes.

Only the V4 has bottom airflow, the V3 does not. I used it daily for about 6 months never had any issues of any kind, still works perfectly as the day i bought it

Have you checked your 510 pin to see if it's coming loose? If that unscrews it'll cause the post to come loose and spin on ya

Yup. That was the first thing I checked. Tightened it down, made sure it was snug, still spun. The peek insulator developed a crack in it which caused the post to become loose. I think I'm about to just say fuck it and pick up the new Alliance V2.

Damn, thats a bummer. Its a shame you don't like bottom airflow, the Swäv atty by Blitz Enterprises has a really nice square centerpost and a killer juice well. Plus it's only like $30. I'll keep my eyes peeled for attys that have square centerposts.

I looked at that RDA as well, and I love the way it looks and the fact that the juice well is SUPER deep, I've just got a bad taste in my mouth for Wotofo now. Which is a shame, because they're super affordable. Has your center post ever spun on you?
