Arkansas requires all vapor purchases to be face to face... some comply, some (apparently) ignore. They also require all vendors that sell in state to purchase an Arkansas Tobacco Sales Permit. Eciggity has decided to either comply with the face to face rule, or has declined to purchase the license.

I have a brand new, never used, stainless steel Boreas. I know you can get them for 16 and change from eciggity but i paid more. I would take 20 shipped first class, paypal f&f or fees on you. Let me know..
