Like new, comes with all accessories and packaging including dtl and mtl decks and drip tips. Orings, tool to tighten base, etc all included. Also includes serial number and a spare tank section. It's a really nice rta for either mtl or dtl but it's a tall beast which is the only thing i don't like about it. It's so easy to wick and performs amazing. I ran one build on each deck and it hits like a mack truck. Flavor is outstanding for tobaccos. I did not try it with any juice other than tobaccos because that's all i vape.
