I have an RX200S I only used a few times, in the box with all the goodies I would trade you straight up for your IPV5. I'll even include a couple Kdiney Puncher washers you'll need for some atomizers that won't sit flush on the RX200S. Pics are in my WTS/WSTT thread on this website.
