It is like new. I used it a few times and just couldn't get used to the menu system. No atomizers have been cranked down hard on the short 510. It will come with a couple Kidney Puncher shims for atomizers that won't sit flush due to the short 510. It comes with the original boxes and all the goodies that were in the box.
