Let me briefly explain how cashback sites work. You click on banners and gets redirected to the online shop. You buy, and we earn the commission (depending on commission policy). In the following month, we get paid by the affiliate program, and you earn the cashback. As simple as that. If your balance is at least $10, you can ask for withdrawal to your paypal or Skrill account + the bonus amount. If necessary, contact us for alternative payment methods.

Most of the big players need at least 8 weeks before paying, Ebates is doing payment runs every 3 months. We hope we can do better. But please understand we need to receive the money before disbursing the cash.

Partially correct because all the listed stores now are under **********. And we are not like other cashback sites who simply add every shop they see, we just apply for e-cigs stores, and those that offer sufficient commission for users and us. We came across one who offers a 0.25% commission, i think no one wants to waste time getting that cashback.

Our IT team is now linking up with other stores under other affiliate programs, such as pepperjam, idevaffiliate, etc. Because we need time to do the API linking so users can track their cashback status automatically.

Other stores like V2 has their own in house program, so again we have to link and do testing.. so its gonna take some time.

Looked over your site. What a bunch of rigamarole. All that stuff about having to delete your cookies and waiting two or three months before cash back is paid, wow. And the only vendor that you list that I can possibly imagine myself buying from this year is Mount Baker but would have to spend $200 there in order to earn the $10 cash back minimum. I will maybe spend $30 there this year if anything at all. Let us know when your vendor list grows into something anybody would ever need to use on a regular basis.

I appreciate your feedback. We are trying hard to expand vendor list, but also require help from vapers like you to identify potential stores. Do you have any recommendations?

As for the cashback procedures such as deleting cookies and the waiting period to get cashback. This is really the norm. If cookies are not deleted, i cannot possibly pay you right? If i am not paid the commission.

Next is mount vapor. They pay only 6% commission. And i am giving users 5% commission, just keeping 1% for myself. I think it is more than a fair deal. You mentioned spending $30, means i keep only 30 cents! Plus you have the coupon for 10% off, so it is not bad a savings, considering you will save $0 if you buy direct? Cashback earned never expire so hopefully when more vendors come on board you will be more interested.

lastly, the time period to get the cashback is in the following month, this is already one of the fastest you can get. I cannot possibly pay without getting paid first.

Hope you understand the constraints of running such a business. Hopefully we can serve you better in the future

Oh I understand the constraints, but understanding them doesn't make them worth it.

Mount Baker constantly sends out coupons to their existing customers, sometimes as high as 15% off. And since, if I went through you instead, I'd have to have a minimum of $10 cash back owed to me to collect it, then, actually no, you don't keep thirty cents, you keep the entire $1.80 unless I spend $200 with Mount Baker. Why the $10 minimum? If you owe me ten cents you should pay me ten cents. That right there would be a huge incentive.

I can't give you a list of vendors that you should use, because I, like most people, wait around for a good deal to pop up and that's when I purchase. Just this morning I learned of a 40% off deal from someone that I took advantage of. I never used that vendor prior to today so how do I know where the deals are going to come from tomorrow? I don't buy from the same places all the time. I shop around, compare and then decide which companies I trust and out of those which one is offering me the best deal.

So much rigamarole and quite honestly so much risk. First I'd have to jump through all those hoops with you, then exclusively buy through the merchants you list, at probably much higher prices than I'd pay at other vendors in the first place, then wait a month or two and hope nothing goes wrong such as the vendor doesn't pay you, or the vendor discontinued their involvement, or you go out of business, or you get paid and just don't tell me and don't tell me that can't happen because honestly I don't know you from Adam--all in hopes of what amounts to a small cash back. Sorry but, lol.

The people who spend the type of money on vaping that would make your scheme worth it aren't really concerned about saving money, otherwise they wouldn't be buying from Halo in the first place. The people who need a cash back are already frugal and are buying from cut-rate, discount sites that are saving them way more than the cash back commissions you offer, without jumping through any hoops.
