Xbox One and Windows 10 Cross-Buy a 'Platform Feature'

It appears cross-buy for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC games will be a new feature moving forward.

Xbox Boss Phil Spencer said cross-buy will be a “platform feature” that’s “good for gamers” on Twitter.
