Got mine about a week ago and haven't seen much posted about it yet, so thought I'd post a few quick first impressions.
--Overall, really impressed with its feel and capabilities.
--Fits great in my hand.
--Feels very solid and balanced. Its weight seems just right to me. Build quality is really very good, even considering its relatively high price point.
--Screen is bright and has all the necessary data displayed but wish it was a tad larger.
--Firing button is placed very well and easily accommodates thumb or finger firing, but I've noticed that without applying a fair amount of pressure all the way to the bottom of the switch's relatively short throw, it can be somewhat prone to not fire at all. Compared to, say, a Hexohm, you have to be quite deliberate when firing the Q Mini, whereas with the Hexohm you can be a bit more relaxed and casual when firing it.
--Bluetooth functionality works well, but I don't see myself using it all that much, as you can adjust practically everything on the device itself. And the menus are typical Yihi, which is to say intuitive and easy to use.
--The 25mm 510 is a welcome change from its predecessors. Griffin 25+ (pic below) and other 25mm devices sit flush.
Overall, I'm really liking the Q Mini a lot so far. I suspect that, even once the newness wears off, it will comfortably settle in to my rotation as one of my top 2 or 3 daily drivers, along with my Hexohm v3 and a custom PWM series box.

And here are a couple good YouTube reviews that go into way more detail:
