From reading the article, it's hard to tell if the writer is seriously distressed about 18-20 yr olds no longer having access to vaping, because of the huge load of total bullshit about vaping right in the middle of the article. I wouldn't class this article in "the Good" AT ALL. The writer has apparently read every single junk-science bogus-"report" about e-cigs ever, and then vomited up all that disinformation in the middle of this article. Boo hiss. Both thumbs DOWN.
