So theoretically, some vanilla flavoring in the supermarket will have to be labeled "made from tobacco" and children under 21 will have to wait in the car.

i believe most of the vanilla flavoring you find in teh supermarket may have been avaialble for sale in the us prior to the 2007 date and may be excempt from the regs

Makes one wonder why a manufacturer would have to lie to consumers saying 0-nic is a tobacco product, in WRITING nonetheless.

I really can't imagine this statement holding any ground in a court of law with a judge even two and a half degrees above a babbling idiot to rule that is a false statement. The FDA may as well state cigarettes are not a tobacco product, it makes just as much sense.....NONE whatsoever.
