Can't catch a break. I'm just gonna get wasted and look for a new job.

Life's too short for a job like that. Look for something new and know that you'll fall into the right thing for you. These days I'm a big believer in things working out exactly how they're supposed to.

Give Jameson some puppy hugs for me, and chin up buttercup

Flags are goal met. Most of those days were at least 12,000 steps :confetti:

Cause the work I do is "excellent" and I get shit done. Seems rather counter intuitive to me. I'm lost. Idk where to look for motivation anymore. I'm not sure I want to be here anymore. This feeling shit is lame. If you can't do the job admit it and bow out. Or ask for help. Either way I'd respect you more if you did. Letting shit stack up and then dropping it on me makes me hate you.

I hear you. We're a small local company, so there's no real corporate games, but ripe for nepotism. Things have gone downhill ever since our immediate boss brought his wife into the office.
Almost all the rules and/or procedures that we have had in place don't seem to apply to her. I guess "not knowing what you're doing" allows you to do what you want without consequences. It's getting to the point where I may have to drop the hammer. :cuss2:

It seems to be more of the way to do things nowadays and it sucks!!! Does this person have "connections" with someone and that's why it works? But, then it makes it suck even more! Hang in there, Taki..........but, I'd start looking. Life's too short to be miserable every day. ((((((Taki))))))

I also apparently "need to get over it". I guess sucking at your job but playing the corporate game is the way to the top these days. Oh, and crying to your manager is also a thing these days. Cause feelings.

This sounds like a bit of hell on earth!

I'm all for feelings stuff, but it has it's place and the work force may not be the best place to get touchy feely. Good luck with this whole situation. They will miss you sorely if you choose to leave.

All you knuckles are putting me to shame.

I took a nap instead of folding laundry. And ate an Oreo blizzard. Down 50lbs in just over a year so I spose I'm getting there, albeit much more slowly than I ever planned. Probably Oreo blizzard won't help but I had feelings and decided to eat them

Ain't nothing wrong with losing 50 lbs in a year! It took me just over 2 years to get down 100.

They've been bringing me in early at work. I'd gotten used to starting at 10am and now it's 8am most days. Kinda messing with my routine.

Got a new truck though. It's nice.
I know glow will approve.

Morning knuckles. It's been a don't want to get out of bed day, sore and stiff and whiny and stabby. Still laying here debating how much effort I'll need to make coffee. Can't wait to have my own place and a real coffee pot that works quickly

I am washing everything I own even if it is totally bug free and packing my clothes in plastic bins with nice tight lids. I think I have been folding and packing for about a month! Thrift stores are getting a huge windfall! I am keeping one size range out of like 4 ranges. When (not if!) I lose weight, I will have to buy new stuff. Such a third world problem!

Now, with that said, I want an Oreo Blizzard RIGHT NOW!! Oh, and a nap! Last night was a bad night with pain so I am very nap hungry. Gonna try to stay awake all day so I can sleep tonight. Sleep has been elusive for weeks now. Could it be that I seem to be providing a buffet for the last few bedbugs who have not succumbed to my annihilation efforts and I am afraid to go to bed? Probably. They say this is an ongoing fight for a few months and these critters can live up to 18 months without feeding. Damn. I do have it pretty well under control at this point, just have to keep applying spray and dust periodically.

Nice thing about this dust is that it kills spiders and all other insects that come into contact with it. We have lots of wolf spiders that come in from outside and like to try to take up residence. I can deal with these guys. No big deal but it will be nice to have them under control as well. The dust is not a quick kill but it catches everything that comes into contact and is safe for people and pets. Perimeter defenses enabled~~

Never, ever thought I would be posting this or having this problem.

You're handling it way better than I would. Just the thought makes me itchy. You deserve some ice cream!
Hope you sleep well tonight, Glowy.

I actually got a new mod. Beyond Vape Centurion. Nice and cheap, good looking and feeling, and 26650 (my favorite and my old one died). They sure don't make many 26650 anymore these days.

Bought a nice house finally. And have quite nearly my dream tank. Got a video of it shortly after I set it up a few weeks ago.

I'm pretty proud of it. I've changed things around a bit since the video but it gives you an idea.
