Most states have reciprocal agreements for CC Permits, there are a few in the Mid West and West Coast that do not. Check out this site.

That's the thing, I believe we should not need permits through out the U.S. Like freedom of speech, freedom to carry. Criminals all ready do, legal should have that freedom too.
