Yep, totally broke down and bought my first PMW squonker - it's being custom made

Totally slick operation these guys have going - they took me in the back and I got to check it out
Is it a frontal squonker or a "poke yer finner in the hole"? They look great but I'm happy with the ones I already have!.....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................:gaah::cuss2:No I"M NOT!!! Awwww...maaaan....You're killin' me here!
If you were like "that honda guy", I would have a chance of picking it up in the classies in a couple of months but maybe you'll hate it like the 75W?
Seriously, Evolve is supposed to release a firmware update/upgrade on the international version of the Escribe that is like a no fuss, no muss TC. I will try it on one of the 75C mods and let you know.

I would love to get one but I'd have to see a bit more details. The 50% off is waaay too tempting.
They only make the squonkers to order but I looked inside their pwm alumide boxes and the work was very clean

Ithey has one squonk body on hand with no guts installed

Well this thing came.

Interesting.
a) nice accessory package - I guess I wasn't sure but it's basically 3 "sleeves" and 3 "caps" that you mix/match.
b) It's basically a big build cloud-chucker
c) I'm neither...but it's OK, for now, it took over from my Twisted Messes (yes, I have a BF Twisted Messes) as the big-air atty sitting on the one regulated mod I use a little.
d) I could NOT get my usual simple single wire build mounted. Screw too screwy for thin wire really, AND it's a drop-in-from-the-top, so you have to cut the legs to the right length setup - which I screwed up twice. Realizing it was just not made for thin wire anyway, I dropped in two store-bought claptons.
e) That would suck on a mech, but with a regulated mod, I can live with it...and the "preheat" time needed...

Summary: Laid out for duals, big airflow, big honkin integrated drip tip...if that's up your alley, it's nicely made, and looks pretty cool

Mini review of the NEOfet...

Pros:
-It feels great in hand
-It's gorgeous
-Hits nice and hard
-Feels solid, but not overly heavy

Cons:
-Gonna want to use a refill bottle... Bottle is easy to install, but you're not gonna remove it without it pissing the bed unless it's completely empty.
-I had a little fittament issue but sorted it out with prodding and encouragement from SoCal... (Not gonna further elaborate because might be one off and don't wanna talk shit)
-Top and bottom are shiny black and rest is matte
-Top and bottom are supposed to be extremely to scratch... I'm nervous using it :(

So, in conclusion, do you like it? If you dropped it in the lake while fishing, would you : a)jump in after it, b)go buy another, c) push your MIL in the lake to get it for you, or d) say screw it, I lost a fuckton of cash but I'll get something better?

Hmmm. My MIL is here now so I'd say have to say she's gonna get wet! I'd jump in after it... But I'm cheap and this is the most I've spent on a single mod.

I'd swap it in a second for a 10ml 21700 mosfet with a similar style...

That said, I'm really enjoying it :)

Well, I think you might have said it at least a million times. I have never debased anything regarding the Reos either, aside from saying for myself they are expensive. Yes, I know get a hair cut, get a j.o.b and save back a bit and buy a few of them. I'm kind of off into the would if could land on that route. Not all of that is due on factors in my control.
Imagine my surprise noticing two hundred applicants lined up for minimum wage janitor work. There is not exactly a lot else in our area I'm allegedly cleared to do, which is about half way odd to me as most of my life I've done damn near everything in some way at some time or another. Yep, even changed diapers on kids, cloth ones and plastic tape ones. Cleaned up old folks too in a home. I've worked stockyard auctions.
There's lots of stuff I'm not even given a shot at for being overqualified in some way. No, no college, just too quick on getting what needs done, getting done. I try getting along with folks too. Buuuut, yeah big one I'm not exactly a goof or clock rider. Same time I'm not exactly looking to move it on up and be management, rather have straight time and OT like a boss if it's needed, management gets contracts and set salaries. Yet if I go in and actually even look like I'm doing the work effectively ... "you fired!" The management just figures I'm shooting for their spot.
I just want them out of my way because they get stupid & slow the getting work done down. Buuut, you can't say fuck all like that to them because well .... "it ain't your company boy". So, i end up with what I call Catch 44, a Catch 22 doubled over on itself.
Yep same here pretty much done a bit of everything at some point myself.
From (DITCH DIGGER) to (PREACHER) from (BURGER FLIPPER) to (HEAD GROUNDS KEEPER)
And so far the only work I didn't like or enjoy in some ways was when I was an (OFFICE DRONE) for about 12 days.I can honestly say I was over qualified for the job at hand but took it anyways. So when it comes that stuff I'll pass from now on.
Ain't ever doing that crap again! No thanks

I can definitely understand the sticker shock aspect, but then again, every single time I bought a SV mod I told myself this is the last one! No, really, this is the last one!......I'm such a liar:facepalm:
