Ask Jimi, because I just used to put it round my nostrils etc. Plus, if my skin broke out, I’d use it on my face. But I’m sure there are better ways.
How’re you feeling, Amber? Maybe add a few drops of the Eucalyptus to your menthol. Wow, it’s something else on the exhale! But it’s a good germ killer.

Still really sick. Toby and I just got up from his nap and I feel a little better. I’ve been exhaling the menthol just through my nostrils and that alone is clearing up my sinuses. I have a empty 10 ml bottle so I’m going to bug @Jimi to help me make a mint/eucalyptus juice.

You can make up a small spray bottle to carry in your purse for when you get caught in "one of those places"

Yes, spray on your hands after stores, etc, the hand sanitiser and those little wipey towel things at places are full of toxins and aren't as effective as tea tree oil

It’s super duper strong! I mixed it with Creme de Menthe, just a few drops, and boy it’s strong! But it pushed me over the hump with that scary flu!

Do you have Creme de Menthe? Otherwise you’ll need a softer green mint to balance it, maybe spearmint? Jimi should know since he made your menthol.

Yes! Jimi ordered me creame de minthe! And he gave me a recipe to use! I put tea tree drops under my nose and my sinuses cleared up a bit
It works but it burns a bit! I just took Eucalyptus Mint and added it to half of a bottle of custard juice I’d mixed about two weeks ago. It tastes like Mint Chip Ice Cream now! Right off the mix, though. Lol I was getting tired of my flavors, so I experimented.
How’s Toby doing? I’m hoping he doesn’t feel too bad. But if he’s playing, he’s prolly okay. You just never know how shots are going to affect you, though.
He’s been doing good! I have to keep taking him to the bathroom though, every time he goes he has to poop. So I think whatever his body is fighting off is coming out. It’s hard being around eachother everyday all day because if one of us gets sick, guaranteed so will the other one.
I’m starting to think his recent tantrums are just side effects. They’ve been way worse than normal. So I’m trying to be patient. I also started to not let him get away with so much from me and he’s actually listening to me more, so I guess I was being too nice.
He pushed and you didn’t give in. But in a nice way. That’s great! It’s a great lesson for him. I’m proud of you, Amber. We all know you’re a good mom, don’t listen to your ex. He’s prolly an asshole, anyway!

Good morning family! I feel more sick today than the past few days. Didn’t sleep well. Woke up at 5am because of a really bad sore throat, drank ice water and put in a cough drop to suck on. Laid back down and Toby woke up 10mins later... usually he wakes up 630-730.
I’m not ready for this day! Lol I have two appts. One at 10am and one at 1pm. But today the recovery center I go to to paint is open so after all that (and a good long nap) I’ll be heading there to paint!I hope you all slept well or are sleeping well! I may not be on that much today because of being sick, but I wanted to make sure to say hello to everyone and send you all love and hugs!
