I used to be HUGE PC gamer.. just don't have the money to keep up with upgrading the hardware side of things so console is easier.
I used to be play way too much Diablo / Starcraft and of course way before that I used to play all the old school FPS - Unreal Tournament and Quake were among my favorites.

Loved Diablo III...my only mistake, had a son that I let play it....he has now taken over the gaming rig and the consoles lol....my time behind the controller has come to an end. Until they come out with Fallout 4 or a REAL Elder Scrolls game, not that silly elder scrolls online crap.
I currently play with a large group of adult gamers, ages from 20ish-50s, that all play Battlefield 4 and Dayz Standalone (occasionally). Lots of shenanigans ensue on a nightly basis. We are usually on ts if you want to join us. The conversations are 18+ though...lol.
I'm only on ps3/4. Play battlefield & talk shit with coworkers. Love my gran turismo. After a rough day, I can put some laps in & it calms me down. I take my lap times seriously & always try to do better, it gets my mind off of whatever. During last year's GT competition out of about 1.4 million people, I placed roughly 21000 in the world, & just under 2100 in the US.

I want to get Diablo3 when it comes out for the X1 -- I played it on PC when it first came out but it was terrible.. now they have made it better so I'm interested to get back into it, just don't want to play on PC anymore.
I plan on getting Destiny on X1 in Sep, along with Evolve (whenever it drops) and the new COD in November. Next year I can't wait for Dying Light and the new Battlefield

I almost bought it when it first came out. I had a few friends pick it up, but nobody I know plays it anymore.

I have the xbox one and ps4, love me some video games. Can't wait for destiny to be released on sept 9. I played the beta and it was one of the best games i have ever played

I have played some Battlefield 4. Same profile name as here. (and on BF3) Also gotten some Planet Sides 2 in and putter around a bit on my Play station 3 Not getting a PS4 as you gotta pay monthly to play on line. but alas I have not really got the time needed to really dedicate to serious gaming.
Pay to play is not required on ps4. So far, I believe, all games have had all online features available to everyone. Subscription was said to unlock all online features of some games. Not really a bad deal overall (however true or accurate or is) since the sub is for ps plus which gives you monthly free games & discounts on lots of stuff. Aside from paying for the subscription, I've never bought anything & filled my ps3 320gb with free games.

I been gaming since I was like 6 yrs old.. My pops owned a restaurant and game room back in the day when arcade gaming was the shit.. I had surplus arcades at the house when I was a kid.. So my buddies came to the house like "Woah!.. You got any quarters?" lol.. Then it was all fun & games when I told em "Don't need quarters, I got the key" lol...
My father was a very serious man.. He killed to survive in Vietnam... Returned home with nothing, built his own business and never worked for nobody but "us" as he put it... And still didn't take his self serious enough to say no to gaming... Opening the game room was his little scheme to get paid to play, and play we did lol... Anyhoo, the shit stuck with me since then.. It's therapeutic as hell to kick some ass on the Playstation... Add vaping and a ice cold IPA brew and I'm right where I need to be... I'm not a pc gamer tho.. Never got into that..
I got that thang runnin' hard lol.. It came with a 500GB hard drive as we all know.. But I doubled the space and the speed of the drive and dropped a 1TB hybrid drive in there.. Every game I own is digital.. So the disk jockey struggle to swap games is over...
Destiny release ain't but a few weeks away.. Hope yall ready, it's gone be awesome..

Hardcore gamer here. PC mostly including the BF series, WOW, and many others. I also love my tabletop games including warhammer 40k, Dust tactics, Dungeons and Dragons (yes, very nerdy, but I've been doing it 25 years).
I do not play as much as used to im a FPS player I am running dual 7970's and a core I7 3960 hexacore OC'd I play maybe once a week now

Big GW2 gamer here! If any of you are playing Guild Wars 2 give me a shout. Evangalise on Yaks Bend or Aradinah on Fort Aspenwood. Not that it really matters what server you are as GW2 supports guesting to another server. I don't mind hopping over to another server to run some dungeons or questing or whatever the current story line has going on. I play on Eva the most

I mainly play MMO's but since the MMO scene is rather stagnant atm when I do play its DIII and borderlands 2. Borderlands 2 is a great game btw. It was one of those games a friend kept telling me about and it just didnt look that good till I actually tried it and then a month later I looked in the mirror and I looked like grizzly adams just got raped by his bear because I hadnt shaved or done anything but play it with work and a little sleep thrown in.

I was a huge Guild wars player at one time I ran a Gaming community had servers in every region of the US I never gave GW2 a chance as I was so burned out on GW
I loved GW2 until I hit max and then it just felt Hollow. I like upgrading gear that makes me stronger and just never got into the mainly cosmetic upgrades. I also was not a fan of how they did their no trinity group stuff. They could have done a much better job with it.

Oh my gosh!! @Mrscaryz Come play GW2 then. It is so different and the story is really very good. There are times when it gows on sale for like $25 and there is no monthly fee. No pay to win crap either! I agree, they could have but for what is out there right now ( for me anyway) I still play almost every day and it's close to 2 years now. They have made a lot of changes since that big patch they did a couple months back. If you ever play again, pop in and say hello. If you happen to be on Yaks or FT we can even go WvW together. I do have fun with that in the evenings

I grew up with video games back when the Atari console was popular. I don't really have the time nowadays to devote to game play but it's a lot of fun for sure. I may get a portable PSP console to dabble with in the near future and some old games like Galaga, Ms. PacMan and Space Invaders, those were some awesome games. I like the old better than the new.

I still have mine, just don't really have any newer games for it (except for GTA) - I keep it for a lot of the older games I have on the hard drive and the arcade games. Love me some Left 4 Dead 2!
