I have seen that a million times on my tobeco dna30 because of a bad ground from the threads on the tube being so short. its like 3/4 of a turn to get all the way tight. it would be a great mod if it had twice as much threading.

Yeah I like the Tobeco one of my buttons lost its springy feel it still works but you have to just tap it weird... I use an adapter on it since I got it and a torched custom beauty ring I hated that it did not come adjustable

Yeah I got mine off ebay I had Elev8ape return my money hmmmm its only getting weirder... I checked also at 50w it says the same check atomizer I tried also with the touch sensor on and off just to make sure there was not weird software bug

Maybe they don't feel the need to vent it because of the extra airspace in the mod. When a tube mod battery fails there is very little room for hot gases to escape and that's where the potential for a pipe style exploding device to occur. Where as with a box mod the pressure would be much less due to the increased volume of the chamber. Just a guess.

Regulated Box Mods and VV/VW Tube mods have safety precautions built in to the circuitry but often still have vents.
For instance the Vamo has 1 small hole on the bottom cap, The iTaste SVD has about a half dozen holes on the bottom cap.
A lot of these mods also come equipped with hot springs in which the bottom spring melts away causing the connection to cut out.
Before the battery vents on one of these types of mods the chip will burn out. MOST OF THE TIME.
The battery can fail if it grounds out on the base. I think Joe had a battery vent in a seven22 mod made by P4U.

If you take a look at th the 100w sigilei coming out the mock up that is it looks it like the vents of a air conditioner , some feel that the reason so many of the original hana clones failed was due to all of the hot glue used to hold in the boareds. if you looked at the board it was covered in glue hindering any type of heat dissipation. When my Cana caught n fire which appeared to be due to shoddy soldering the glue was every freaking where ,this is not the way to build high amp devices. I would like to even see fans cooling the components with heat sinks in time it will be a necessity.

I guess all one can do is laugh yes China owns most of the real estate in the US. They make almost all of our products that everyday consumers use especially Staples. Dollar Genera. Kmart, Walmart its a slow blow and takedown of the US economy sucks for us in the long run.. In the short run we get cheap shit..

That's odd, my ipv v2 reads 1ohm and 7 volts at 50watts, 2.6 volts at 7watts with no atty attached.

Mine reads the same as yours.

Can you imagine if the Cigarette companies spent as much effort as the vape community has to improve things and life..
