I'm kind of an impulse buyer . . . .
Me too. I think it was the DripBox that I ordered. The Kanger thingie that is a squonker? I got it with two discount coupons and figured "What the heck? It's only money" and it jumped right into my cart. Then, I had the Rounder on sale in my email (Steam Juice) so I decided to try three new flavors from them. I am probably the only one around here that isn't doing any DIY and I have lots of supplies. One of these days....

Seems like you're not home enough to DIY, so go and buy all you want. You're earning it!

Any sprouting or planting yet?

Nothing. Grandma wasn't big on flowers aside from a few annuals here and there, and I didn't uproot much early stuff. Still a bit cold to get out and dig much, and I've been busy with other stuff. I think this year I'll be lucky to just get my flower beds dug out and plant a few things.

My Dropbox should be here Monday. Just have to decide what atty to put on it, because I read the stock one isn't so great. Also, have some ss wire and vcc cotton ordered.
I'm with you on the diy, unless you count mixing unflavored' with existing juice.

I guess Mother Nature decided she had spoiled us with that mild March. Mid 30's and wind gusts of 50mph plus.

Not like I'm out in it. I'm sitting in my cozy little house til it warms up a bit.

Good day to start going through clothes and making sure we have what we need for the beach at the end of the month. I'm sure this will involve one of us declaring that a shopping trip is needed, as nothing fits or is just too old. On the other hand, I could be packed and ready in five minutes.

Yeah we had snow.

Had several big birthdays in our family so had one big party last night. I stayed to clean up, made it 5 minutes away and literally couldn't see the road or anything. The 5 minute drive to my moms took 30 and I decided no way was I trying to make it the rest of the way home. Woke up to 8". Mother Nature is a lot of really bad words

The snow sucks, but this friggin' wind is killing me.
My grandma was kinda highfalutin...she liked to think of her home as her "estate" and actually named it. "Windswept Hill."
Hubby and I have started calling it "Wind Battered Butte."

I love Windswept Hill! I also like Wind Battered Butte. Too Cool that you have an "estate". I am in awe of your awesomeness!

Morning fam. Speaking of inspections, got an insurance guy coming later. They want to make sure we are covered for the 70,000 updates we've made to the house. At the fire when we went looking for damage the adjuster said our house was appraised value too low for the updates etc? Idk weird legal jargon inserted here.

Hope he can step over Legos and pretend he doesn't see piles of laundry.

There is a 28 minute work out for 28 days challenge about to start. In the interest of keeping rhsc active someone could take that on.

Not me. But I'm here for support.

I think you diet too.

Maybe hawkie could. He can't have real food anyway

Not me. I'd never be able to commit to an every day thing. Life is too hectic for that.

Started my love hate affair with the elliptical last week. Was surprised to find I wasn't as out of shape as I thought, managed to keep up the pace I did in December for the full hour. Not too shabby, will have to push myself this week a bit more

Just put dinner in the crock pot. Chili for a chilly day. Used a shredded leftover pork roast in place of the beef, my new favorite way to make chili. Added cans of beans, corn, seasoning, tomato sauce. Will probably toss a pan of cornbread in the oven to go with it.

I hear the virtues of beans in chilli are quite a contentious issue there.

I have a pack in the pantry to make cornbread. I've never tried it.
