lite 40

Hi :) New to the group. Bought the Lite 40 Vape a few months ago. Used it fine at first and since I refilled it, the tank pops off the base spilling all my e-juice. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Attempted to stabilize it multiple times. And it'll hold for a bit but then pop off again...

My friend recently gave me her broken mod b/c she's clueless on how to fix it. It's a Lite 40 and the tank has been broken off completely. I'm fairly new to vaping so I'm clueless on what to do myself. I've done research but I can't seem to find anyone else with the same problem. I've tried...
