Hmm. It was down the other day for like 4h too. On black friday it was reeeeaaally slow and It didn't send me confirmation email. I did receive my package from them very quickly though!

Maybe they got a denial of service attack from another vendor trying to stop them from selling at such cheap prices.
Seems Bluehost likes to fuck their customers over with CPU throttling if a site gets too much traffic. I can't for the life of me think of a more idiotic business model.CPU power is cheap, looks like these dicks just don't understand that taking a commercial website offline tends to make the customer really, really angry.

Don't they have manual backups of files and Db?? I always saved tarballs of my sites/Cpanel backups, etc..just in case.
I'd send them to my host...err...I doubt they would take a vape biz...lol

It can happen. I run a poetry website, used to be a lot more active than it is now, and over the course of the last thirteen years I've had my server fry three times. But then again I wasn't processing massive orders of anything so it is important to have something reliable.Glad to see, but I hope they learned something and get off that crappy host....
Penny wise and pound foolish does not work well in hosting, I learned that the hard way with Eryxma.
Happy to see they are back up. One of my favorite vendors -- bought from them on Black Friday during their sale, and it was delivered on Monday. I was expecting a wait due to the certain crush of orders they must have received with their sale, but just as fast delivery as they usually provide. Hopefully their new web host will allow their site to be as speedy as their service.

Didn't I read somewhere that Kanger was retaliating against them for selling to cheap? Listing them as one of the vendors selling Kanger knock offs?My guess? Someone saw their site down for a few days and reported them closed. Anyone can do that.
