26650 brass monkee

so i picked up a 26650 brass monkee today (with the wifes permission,no less. if you can believe that). can someone explain to me what the 'spring option' is on the fire button. its described as a "magnetic switch with spring option" but nothing more.i went looking at standard functions web page and there is only the most briefe mention of the brass monkee and nothing about the fire button.

You can replace the magnets with the spring... allowing for a different "feel", as well as spring tuning for pressure.
