3.7v battery hitting at 4.7v

I have a Sigelei Mini 30w box mod. I use 18650 3.7v batteries. I recently bought 1.0ohm Atlantis coils and with that new resistance I have to up to watts to get a good rip. Meaning I am now hitting at 20w and 4.7 volts which is over the 3.7 volt batteries.

Is this safe with this mod?

It's a safe range, although if you start heating up too much and start getting a burning taste, you may burn out the coils, those replaceable coils can only take so much and can burn out if too much wattage is run on them

Atlantis coils are rated for up to 30 watts, so 20 is fine for them.

Running at 4.7 volts is fine on a regulated mod. They use a chip to boost the power drawn from the battery to supply the power you have set so they can supply the desired power from the time the battery is fully charged until it is too drained to work without any fade as the battery drains.
