New to the forums, but already loving it. Today I got bored as per usual, and did some wire experimenting. After wasting some wire trying to get some good results, I settled on this.
Its a quad twisted wire using three 32g and one 22g wire. My test run for this wire is a 10 wrap around a 3.4mm jig, reading at .57 ohms. Fantastic at 84 watts. The flavor off this type of wire is incredible, I would say on par with or a bit better than Kanthal Clapton's. Vapor production is great too. I think I may have found my new favorite build. Here it is sitting in my limitless plus, looking pretty. You can already tell I've used it a ton.
I gotta say, the spiral pattern it made is very attractive in terms of coils. I highly recommend making some of this wire, I've already prewrapped myself several of these coils in varying wrap numbers and diameters.
I'm open to suggestions, if you've seen this type before let me know so I can give credit.
