Ok I've only been using a mechanical for a few weeks now. At the smoke shop the other day everyone was shocked when I mentioned a battery last me about 3 days. My real cig consumption hasn't changed still only a couple a day. But these people simply didn't believe me lol.

It totally depends how much eliquid you vape and the size of your battery! I can vape 3mls in a very short period of time, whereas you may vape 3mls over a period of a day or two!

I can run through 2.5 2600 mAh batteries in a day easily. It comes down to the resistance of your build + frequency of your pulls + mAh rating of your battery(ies)

Bottom line as already stated by @AmandaD , if what you are doing works for you and keeps you off of cigs....WIN!! As I tall people: "Vape YOUR vape". Sod what other's think or say.

LOL not sure I can count how many 18650 batteries I can go through on a quiet day at home But if I'm out and about, or, say, at a conference where I can't vape much, a little egrip or istick will probably last me all day.

I just got my mech mod yesterday but I am not giving up my eleaf istick. It's my all day go to vape. And it last me battery wise a day or two. Just depends am I stressed out? Am I at home? The battery goes a little quicker. I mostly use my mech mod for youtube reviews and will continue to do so. Don't feel bad or like you are doing something wrong. I can't blow or o or a big cloud and I get upset all the time for no reason just takes practice. Do what you do because you do it... hope that makes sense

As long as you're not running your battery down too far (I charge around 3.7v) you're fine.

Oh I'm definitely not a cloud chaser lol. It's cool once in a while But when I see someone looking like a house fire say at Wal-Mart or the grocery store it just pisses me off. I told one guy to knock it the fuck off. No reason to draw attention to yourself and end up having places ban it like cigarettes.

The reason why I go through so many batteries and juice is because I drip @ .17ohms on a dual 18650 box mod...and normally take 6-8 second lung hits. This is how I vape.......I think you are doing fully well!

I use 18350 10 .5 amp batteries and go through one in about 3 hrs,im using my kayfun with a 1.00 ohm build and pretty much chain vape.

Hmm...work days:
iTaste SVD and Nautilus tanks @ 10 watts - the 10 amp 18650s lasted me about a day and a half
Sigelei 100 Watt box with dual 35 amp 18650s and an Atlantis @ 35 watts, think it was almost 2 days
Sigelei 100 Watt box with dual 35 amp 18650s and a 0.14 Ohm RDA @ 75 watts, less then a day

As for days off, no clue. Depends on how much I feel like vaping.

If I leave the house with a mech I got at least 4 spare batteries. I work 14 hour days though.
