Nothing extreme with me either and I like you wouldn't want to scramble after the FDA and or the States started to pull some more crap! Shops are closing left and right, are they being crazy? Who knows right?
Yeah I only have a single battery charger and would like to get at least a 2bay! There are a couple I have been eyeing, but knew that I could get that down the line any time!
I hope we will all be able to weather this shit storm!

The shit won't be coming down super-hard core until the end of the year, when other phases of the regulation kick in.


I'm fully prepared right now and would do well if I could never buy another atty, mod or nic. If I wasn't prepared already, I'd just keep stocking up as best as you can.

I break 'em constantly. but they're my favorites, so I should get like 2 more black ones, 2 more blue ones, 5 more red ones, and at least one more purple. I ordered the Kanger Nebox (white) and some coils- they had 40% off clearance and I just lost my beloved White Joyetech eGrip OLED to a malfunctioning board- it likes to auto fire all by itself! It has been sitting on the shelf waiting for hubby to take it apart and spray the electronics cleaner for about 2 weeks now and still don't know if that will fix it. Those all in ones are so convenient to take on the go, so I thought what the heck, just order it! Hopefully it is not the leaker some say it is! I ordered the iStick 10w for my hubby for his stock, he has 2 now and loves those- go figure, I guess they are great for work!
I did most of my big orders last month, good thing I saved my XMas money for a rainy day!
I know that some people might think we are crazy and jumping the gun, I hope they are right! I would rather be safe than sorry!

That EZ thing doesn't look like a squonker to me - there is a tube that runs from the bottle to the atty - some type of drip-hybrid type system.

If you mean standard 18650 batteries, I don't think you need (or want) a big stock of them. They lose 5-10% of their capacity every year even if store them optimally and don't use them. Technically, they fall under the regulations if they're sold for the purpose of vaping, but they have plenty of other uses they can be sold for.

I'll have 9 now, I don't have the funds to try out new stuff, I'm just stocking on what I know I like. So many new attys have let me down, I spent money on the known. I've also spent essentially the rest of my money I can on juice, a lot. Totaling in the liters. I took major advantage of ejuice vapor, formerly ejuice mafia. They keep doing 40% sales, already are dirt cheap for premium juice, and I kinda got a lot. Again, mostly stocked up on some ADV for me, and other stuff I know I like. I need to relax now. I reorganized my juice storage yesterday, I'm keeping my 6mg around just in case, and I perpetually think I don't have enough juice, but I'm gonna be stocked. That site is wonderful. They take a good 3 days to ship out, but they tell you. For the price I can't complain. I seriously recommend checking them out and registering for emails, they have the best prices in juice I've found. Constant sales, too.

Oh, fuck the FDA. I'm so fucking sick of this entire fucking place. I wish there was a way I could just say fuck you all and live for me. You all not being every individual, mainly the government, both sides. And, quite a few people could join that fuck you group with me too.

Sorry, I'm pissed. I'm also admittedly a bit mad at myself. I've participated in all the calls to action, member of CASAA, all the easy shit. But I never went beyond that. Few of us did, I think. Maybe thats not accurate. I didn't think they'd overstep their bounds to this extent, and sat on my hands to a degree. So, I can accept the fact that I'm partially to blame.

Oh well, Vape mail today. Cleaned me out, and not feeling the excitement I used to. This shit is just fucking absurd, and I'm just a 32 year old who could never stay away from tobacco for any long period. I always came back, even after a fucking tumor in my salivary gland... That's fucked up, and I knew it. That was the end. The people on this forum who've quit habits longer than my lifespan, I hurt for you. I hurt for the people who won't be able to utilize these wonderful devices to stay off of tobacco, finally. I hurt for the jobs that will be lost. I'm pretty good on stuff already.
I have more cotton then I could use in several lifetimes (and koh gen do etc are sold as cosmetic pads anyway, so wont apply to fda regs)
I have a lifetime supply of kanthal (something else that wont be effected by the fda as it is sold for other applications)
I have tons of flavoring, but I'm not worried about the regs effecting that due to being used in the food and beverage industry.
I have about half a dozen RDAs which are the only things I've been using for the past year and they all came from FastTech. So unless the FDA tries to make the US boycott china, then I'm not worried about being unable to order from them.

I only have 2.5 gals of VG, but I doubt that will be effected by regs as that is sold for the cosmetics and food industry.
I only have half a liter of nicotine in the freezer, which is more then enough to turn that 2.5 gals of vg into 3mg liquid.

Will probably buy another liter or two (or a gallon) of nic and toss it in the freezer.
Only thing I do want to buy when I have more money is a few more mods. Might buy 3 or 5 Fuchai 213s

Over half the people in this county voted the people doing this into office…. And I’m talking about the regulations taking place. There are people fighting for us but without having both houses or one house and the presidency we are shit in the wind, it just takes one veto.

We are all worried about vaping and not going back to smoking but if this shit keeps up it’s going to get much worse! The EPA is pushing all this green crap down our throats and ripping coal burning…. Well in WI and many other states over half the power plants are coal burning and we are going to get hammered to the point foreclosures on houses will skyrocket.

Honestly, I just don't see how the FDA will know if a product, like e-juice or a drip tip, was made pre 8/8 or post 8/8, let alone enforce it. The next 2 years will continue to be a free for all, but if it continues to look like doom and gloom toward the end of 2017, I think that's when you will see a massive dumping of products for pennies to the dollar. If you have to hoard, I would think that would probably be your best window.

So to answer the questions of the forum title, yes I'm prepared. If everything Vaping related were suddenly unavailable tomorrow, I'm good for life hardware wise. Another 3 years liquid wise. This was supposed to be a means to an end for me anyway. I'm down to between 3mg/ml and 1.5mg/ml nicotine, depending on the atty. my plan is to slowly phase out the nicotine, then slow down on Vaping itself. I currently rip clouds like a steam engine possessed by demons. But I kept my older, less cloud oriented gear around on purpose. Once I'm off of nicotine, I am going to slowly transition from massive clouds toward MTL again. Until I wake up one day and realize that I am simply inhaling jolly ranchers. At that moment, I will realize I'm done.
All that being said, there are still things I want. Mod father tank, Diablo RTA clone, Movkin Disguiser mod with squonking setup, limitless Lux dual 26650 mod. A few spools of pre made "advanced" wire. Fused Clapton, juggernaut, etc. I don't have the time or skills, but I love the vape from complex coils. So buying stuff in America might get all fucky, but there will always be China based websites.
I'm also on the fence about one more liter of 100mg liquid nic.

I think you'll find that nicotine is barely significant at all -- it's the learned behavior which is so resistant to being UNlearned.

In a way I am ready. I have a liter of 100mg nic coming in and i'm not worried about wire/batts/flavor/VG/PG because those items are used in many applications not related to vaping and shouldn't be banned. 3-4 RDA's and 2 Aromamizer Supreme's for my tanks. He talks about the SSN thing. He said they settled on using the four digits on SSN because:

I have posted a lot of stuff here and there on a Federal law called the Jenkins Act, the instrument states use to collect their sales tax on tobacco on out of state purchases.

It is very real and I fully expect it to be amended to include vape gear/liquids

Many, many people in my state have bought cheap smokes either online or through mail order - including Indian reservations - only to receive a whopping tax bill a few months later from the state.

This is real, I have seen it personally happen to close friends. I wish I had a copy of one of these to post.

For me, I am still stocking up on nicotine, as this will only be available at much weaker concentrations than the 72MG available in the UK at the moment.

I am buying a bottle whenever I can and freezing it until I can no longer buy large amounts at that strength. Should be enough to keep me and the missus going for years, after this I guess it will be shop bought or by then hopefully we both can use 0MG strength, as the hand to mouth action hopefully will keep us away from cigarettes, plus I enjoy my flavours.

(I am on a hazmat response team) I am sometimes in situations where it could cause an explosion or one breath of bad air can change or end my life. It's not pleasant, but alot more doable than when I smoked cigs.. but outside of work I can vape 20 ml a day. You are right, it is more a habit than an addiction. What complicates things is that as opposed to smoking cigarettes, I actually enjoy.my vape.

I've never had much tolerance for nicotine; I quit smoking with vaping 6mg, went to about 10mg once the cigarettes were gone, and didnt' have any problems till I had a dual use relapse -- getting back to smoke-free after that was harder, and finally required WTA to make it stick, and I finally figured out it never was the nicotine that had hindered my previous quit attempts -- patches gave me palpitations and general psychosis -- but those MAOIs, they were the real addiction for me, and it required 15 months of slow and steady weaning to finally get off WTA completely.

Now I've been off that since March, and down to 3.7mg nicotine; figure I'll be down to 3mg by the end of the year, and stick there.

There have been studies on nicotine that suggest it is only mildly addicting, like caffein.

Alkaloids (not nicotine itself) in tobacco definitely highly addictive.

But in the long run, it's a question only you can answer as far as whether or not you want to begin using nicotine again.

I did recently try a cigarette in Vegas, Gross. I can't believe how bad it taste and unsure how I ever started smoking from day one. I don't quiet feel satisfied when vaping so might just be a mind thing.

Maybe I'll go out tmrw buy two of the same juice, one at 0mg one at 3mg and vape each and see what happens...a few friends that smoke regular traditional cigarettes around me gets to me sometimes I just want one, most of the time it smells bad, real bad. I did recently try a cigarette in Vegas, Gross. I can't believe how bad it taste and unsure how I ever started smoking from day one. I don't quiet feel satisfied when vaping so might just be a mind thing.

If you're having a struggle, I'd definitely pick vaping nicotine over smoking a cigarette or spending a lot of mental energy trying to resist or wishing you could have one, even if it's gross.

I'm trying to wean myself off of WTA (I couldn't quit cigs w/o it) and it's tough stuff.

I also have NETs on hand for when the urge to have a smoke hits. A few drips and I'm good to go. Something I just discovered recently.

I'm around smokers a lot at work and my husband still smokes so I understand where you are coming from

Nicotine in the absence of all the other chemicals in cigarettes is no more "addictive" than caffeine, and perhaps even less. Even the FDA says so, when they made patches and gum OTC.

I bought a nicotine test kit from (I think) Lightning Vapes a while ago. It's good to keep on hand, as nicotine percentage will degrade over time. So when you crack open that new liter of 100mg nic in 2 years, you can test it for accuracy for your DIY juices.

I'll be done when I have 3/4 gallons of 100mg in the freezer. That should last my wife and I the rest of our lives, if it doesn't degrade in the next 40 or 50 years. Not worried about VG or PG or flavors. Well, mostly. I'm kind of thinking that tobacco flavors might be dropped by companies worried about FDA crackdowns in the future. So once I get my wife's tobacco flavor down, I'll buy a bunch of those flavors.

What I'm mostly worried about is coil heads, o-rings, and replacement glass for tanks since I don't rebuild. And, of course, mods, or at least replacement guts, if closed systems become the only acceptable FDA standard. I still have a bunch of mechs, so if worse comes to worst, I at least have something, but I prefer TC.

Played along, the robot asked how many miles I had, and I said, "2,484,388". It responded with, no shit, "I'm sorry, but your vehicle is not eligible, we will remove you from our list." Haven't gotten a call since.

Long story short, I'd rather have a full Junk box than not be able to buy.

Download "Purify" on your phone, it tells you if its a spammer or sales....just press the red button once and you'll never get a call from that number again.

That's what I would do, too -- more nic won't hurt me, but more vaping *might*, with my asthma. Fortunately I don't really see much diff in vaping 3.5mg vs. 5mg. I only dropped from 5mg so my 3 liter stash will last longer.

I just brought up the point because I often hear people say they are very happy that they were able to drop their nic levels way down, but leave out the part that they now go through several 30ml bottles every week.

Hell, I'm not even sure I know how to answer that question LOL. I even forgot I asked the Q as I can hardly keep up with everything . I have a K Dripbox 60 and about ten diff RDA/RTA with 510 pins in the mail. I wanted to be able to use the RDAS etc with the dripbox. Hope that answers your question? I'm new to sqonking. Thanks for any help you can provide.
