"Back to top" link in forum footer

Would be nice if there was a "back to top" link in the forums footer.php
Then when getting to a the bottom of a thread, one could just click the 'back to top' link for ease of going elsewhere.

There is one at the bottom of the page.

See the red circle with the "up" icon toward the bottom right of the pic?
