Batteries for the SMOK alien 220W mod with SMOK TFV12 tank

Hi,

I recently purchased a SMOK Alien 220W mod with TFV12 tank.

With this I received 2 batteries (advised by the local vape shop), these batteries are the Samsung 18650-25R5 (green) - https://batterybro.com/products/samsung-25r5-green-inr1865025r5-2500mah-20a.

Now I still have batteries from my previous vape device, also 18650 batteries, but I can't figure out if they are good for the machine or not.

My other batteries are the following:

- Samsung 18650 30Q136 (pink) - http://www.illumn.com/18650-samsung-3000mah-inr18650-30q-high-discharge-flat-top.html
- Efest 18650 3000 mAh 35A 3.7V (purple) - https://liionwholesale.com/products...battery-wholesale-discount?variant=6853793412

Are any of the above good batteries which I can put in my vape?

Extra info: I vape with 130W.

Thanks in advance!

Being the Alien 220W discharges batteries down to 2.8v per battery (5.6v lowest input voltage), the highest watts any of those 3 batteries can handle in the Alien 220w is approximately 100watts (roughly 20amps CDR which is the rating on all those batteries), about 120watts in other mods as other dual battery mods discharge down to about 3.2v lowest per battery.

For 130watts in the Alien you'll need Sony VTC5A, LG HD2, HD2C, or HD4
160watts max in the Alien you'll need LG HB2, HB4, or HB6

In theory only can the Alien reach 220w but you'll be removing batteries for recharge in the 50 to 75% charge levels rather quickly to stay there.

Those Efest batteries, recycle them as soon as possible, they are re-wraps of the Samsung 30Q, LG HG2, or Sony VTC6, and 7/10 of all battery injuries I've seen have involved an Efest re-wrapped battery. Sony, LG, and Samsung are the major direct source manufacturers in the 18650 arena, don't trust an off brand name, especially when the print on the label an amp rating that is higher than the manufacturer's Continuous Discharge Rate (CDR).

Liionwholesale has a regulated mod amp calculator, word of warning the calculations are done at 3.0v per battery in the calculations

I am sort of new to vaping. Once I moved up in wattage I did additional research on batteries. I lucked out and found VTC5As at liionwholesale.com I do use some other VTC5s but, the As last me a whole day at 75W on a 3 cells mod
