battery imr18650 for HB40??

I just read that they mentioned to use IMR battery instead of ICR batt due to min discharge rate 10A. any consequence if we still use ICR batt?

ICR batteries are generally only safe for 6a discharge or below. The IMR batteries have lower MaH ratings, but are designed for much higher discharge. The ICR batteries are usually self protected, meaning that they'll basically suicide before they vent, but I highly recommend that you do not use them to vape. IMR is the only safe option.
