I'm looking to hell my dad set up a battery with a tank, he'd like the subtank mini like mine so what battery would be best to sub ohm on a tight budget
Thanks for the advice , I'm new to this stilso I appreciate all the helpI would consider the Innokin Cool Fire 4 (30.00-40.00) or the old standby, the IStick 30 (29.00-35.00) The Subtank Mini would work great with either of these devices.
^^^ This, all day long. I wasted $40 on an iStick 50 that I enjoyed for two whole weeks.Kanger Sub Box (you get another tank with that and spares are always good to have)
The Sigelei 30 Watt Mini is another viable contender. I own one and I love it.
Probably gonna get my ass chewed for sharing my next comments and thoughts,
I am not a fan of the Istick series.
Recently folks have started reporting problems with them.
That being said, my real issue with them is that they have built in batteries which cannot be replaced by the owner.
If they last until the battery cannot hold a charge, you chuck the whole device into the trash.
Me, I want a mod that has a battery (18650) that I can swap out myself when the time comes and I can still keep the mod surrounding it and not a "Rent A Mod" where the whole thing gets tossed

+1 on this. Sorry to take off topic again but I only have 2 mods that take 18650s, vamo and a kbox. Im already up to like 6 batteries that I rotate, and changing and separately charging batteries to me is kinda a pain, but nice at the same time that u can just swap em when you're dead, and in the case of my kbox I have no other subohm capable device so I don't have a backup if that was to be tied to a charger. There's pros and cons to both and each persons preference is very different.i have 3 Istick 20's, I have 7 istick 30's in my house and all going strong ( three users) I ve had them since they came out which wasnt that terribly long ago. The battery lasts longer than a 170.00 vaporshark ( which go bad frequently I have 4 of those, Im done with those even at 40 bucks)
I am an old Provari user ( 5 of those) so it takes a lot to get me to come off my "high horse ass" to say I really like the isticks for the money. In fact I prefer them. Small ,light and last a good while between charges.
The istick 50 was not a good unit or so Ive read in may forums. I cant commet here.
If you want to juggle many batteries at 10 bucks a pop more or less and worry about why these two batteries last longer than the 4 new ones you just got and get a 4 battery charger, be my guest. You will end up paying more in the long run. Ive been there for three years, done that. Im done with batteries.
Dont shoot me, I like my vaping simple and I like it to work every time.
Alot of cool shit out there. Good luck.
I'm actually giddy about the Istick 100w and will be buying one as soon as they are available. I am a fan of simplicity and the Istick UI is the best I've seen. Up is up, down is down, no stupid logos every time you turn it on like you have to be reminded constantly of the device you bought. No stupid memory presets, no idiotic scrolling menus, etc. 5 clicks off, 5 clicks on, 3 clicks vw/vv. My only bitch was the built in batteries which make the devices disposable but on that same note it made the device smaller, the 50w has huge amounts of MAH for its size. The only thing I've seen that might kill the new 100w for me is the size, it looks to be about the same size as the IPv4,
did that one you had issues with a few weeks ago not charging die on you?^^^ This, all day long. I wasted $40 on an iStick 50 that I enjoyed for two whole weeks.
It did.did that one you had issues with a few weeks ago not charging die on you?
