This is a great price on a great device. My only reservation is the site selling it. I trust that they are legit because I trust that Joe would only post deals from legit sites. I do worry about customer service and shipping. They charge $1.99 for a tracking number and don't offer the Expedited USPS Battery Epacket service that Fasttech does. This could lead to those long 3-4 week shipping times seen on other battery products.

Anyone have any experience with their customer service or warranty claims? Thanks in advance!
