My tank was screwed in too tightly and while i was trying to forcefully removed it the entire threading piece ripped off. Is there any way I can re-attach the wires?
When the wires are touching, the tank still works. I just need a simple way to fix the wiring together.

Soldering would be the only good way I could think to reattach it. Any kind of jb weld or anything of the sort would probably introduce some resistance.
Have you ever disassembled the box? It's probably really simple and gives room to reattach a solid connection
