Cannot get the fill hole to open on my Lemo 2

I got my vape mail today. Got the lemo 2 ready to go, cleaned and rewicked, etc. I cannot get the fill hole to open. If it is not together I can get it but it is very difficult. Is there a trick to this? Not very good at top fill as I am losing a lot of fluid. Not very steady.

Now the plastic shield is cracked. Communicating with the company. That was money not well spent.

One another note my juice tasted great, for the 10 minutes I was able to use it.

I got it from fasttech. I don't know. If eleafus can repair it I would send it to them. China is a long way to return something. I received it today. I would hope they would replace the bad parts, the top cap and a complimentary slide plastic.

Maybe I should have bought a Kayfun. I never read any issues like this.

No, it was authentic.

Id just order a new tank for it and move on...the time to send it in and the bull shit required by fasttech to return will take months.
